We started this project by asking what are the common questions people ask when calling the museum.
The number one question: Are you open?
The number two question: What are your hours?
So we worked to pre-answer those questions with a built-in answer that is customized to each day of the week:
After that, we were thrilled to help with adding information about the museum and grounds, a place for regular blog posts, a calendar to display all the cool things going on at the Norton, as well as embedded social media feed, and a Collection Highlights section to give visitors a taste of what they’ll see when they arrive.
