After phenomenal interest and coverage leading up to their grand opening, the five new businesses on Lake Street kicked off their ribbon cutting in grand style. A surprise mid-July rain storm didn’t keep the crowds away, and I was super impressed at the variety and quality of artwork on display in the Agora Borealis. I can’t wait to head back soon to browse at my leisure when the crowd isn’t as thick. If you’re after a special gift, you’re sure to find something to fit the bill here. They boast a wonderful selection of styles and price points, and I’d be willing to bet you’ll find something for even the most picky of friends.
I was honored to pose for this photo — the very first sale of the evening was of a Richard Creative Clean & Dirty dishwasher magnet set.
